Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Jumping Robot Ciho (the “Game”), published by Ciho Games. The Game does not require you to create an account and Ciho Games does not directly collect your name, email address, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information through the Game.

Information stored on your device

Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device so that you can continue from the level you reached. This local save data is not sent to Ciho Games. Removing the Game or clearing its storage may delete this progress.

Advertising and third-party services

The Game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as device and app identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. They use this information to deliver, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

Privacy choices and consent

Where required by law, the Game may present a Google consent message before requesting ads. Available choices may include personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads depending on your region and consent selection. You can also manage advertising choices through your Android device and Google account settings.

Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Ciho Games does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the request.

Data retention and deletion

Ciho Games does not maintain user accounts or a server-side database of Game progress. Local progress can be removed by clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling it. Requests involving information processed by Google should also be made through Google’s privacy controls. You may contact us about any privacy request concerning the Game.

Security and international processing

Third-party advertising information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Google applies its own safeguards and security practices as described in its privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
